NW designed, manufactured, tested and supplied a dosing system capable of automatic and manual functions which fulfils customers’ requirements. The specifications of the system are:

• Automatically measures and delivers sulphuric acid in 10ml increments up to a total delivery volume of 2 litres
• Suitable for 25%wt sulphuric acid
• Can be controlled from a control room
• Control to allow specification of the volume of acid to be delivered
• Includes back-up manual dosing system with the ability to switch between automatic and manual systems
