NW were commissioned to design and manufacture a 2000 litre lube oil flushing rig, including the following components:

- Stainless steel tank
- Ultrasonic flowmeter
- Control panel
- Supply and return manifolds
- Heater to heat 2000 litres OEP 80 to 70ºC in approx. 60 minutes
- Circulating pump
- Filters and cooler
- Skid mounted

The rig was designed, manufactured and tested by NW Pump and Valve at their Barrow premises.
