A fuel oil tank (22m diameter x 15m high) on BAE’s Barrow site required internal refurbishment.

The work included:

• Scaffolding

• Pressure washing

• Grit blasting

• Application of an internal one-piece GRP lining system

• Risk Assessment and Method Statements

The work was completed to MoD specifications and carries a 10-year guarantee
